I am unable to retrieve my product code or serial number on old email account that no longer exists. I purchased the cloud 9 lax scenery for fs2004 awhile back. I tried going to the esellerate site and under this circumstance they tell you to put in a support ticket. However there is no way to put in a support ticket unless you are a commercial account. Neither do they show an email address for me to email to. Can you please help me retrieve my numbers for this product. I switched to windows 7 on my systems and when I restarted fs2004 the klax scenery went into trial mode again. thank you for your help. Jamie

Since we are handling support for Cloud9, you should email us giving the email address you purchased with, so we can update your order with your new email.
