Bleed through?

I noticed this tonight. Any ideas. I don't have any 3rd party mesh, airports or scenery for Canada other than GEX and UTX. No photo scenery either.

I started having this issue at KSFO after the UTX upgrades that were "supposed" improve coastlines. Meir was adamant that it's UTX causing the issue. UTX has more or less ruined all coastlines that are close to runways or airport boundaries. Of course they deny it but this didn't look this way until the UTX patch was applied. Developers should be irate at how they are making their airport coast lines look.

Looks like almost the exact same thing only a lot worse here than at CYVR.
Anything I can try?
Thanks!
