It's not easy to help you fix this problem, with a so generic description of the problem. You say you have a fatal error opening REX program so, why you think this is a *GSX* problem, since the fatal error happens when you open the *REX* program ? And, if you said WHICH error you see, maybe we could help anyway, even if REX is not our product.

If you see just a generic FSX crash with no specific error, this doesn't mean the real error code can't be seen either: if you go into the Windows Control Panel, under the "Administrative Tools" section, the Windows Event Viewer will have your crash details recorded. Look in the Application log for crashes related to either FSX or REX happened recently, select the crash details, and see what was the error. This could give an hint about WHY REX ( not GSX!! ) crashed.

This is not very clear. Which message (first), and clarify what do you mean with "couldn't use all ground facilities vehicles". Does this mean you could use SOME GSX functions. If yes, clearly specify what couldn't be used and, of course, as requested many times on the forum, ALWAYS include ALL the following information when something you believe is wrong is happening:

- The airplane used

- The airport used

- The gate used

- The GSX operation that was selected.

This question is of course fully explained in the manual, and has been discussed many times on the forum too.

When you say "I can't open a door", an ANY airplane, the problem is not obviously GSX, which can't create doors on any airplane, if the original airplane designer hasn't modeled and linked to a door command.

What you CAN do, with GSX, is instructing it to IGNORE a certain door status so, if you have an airplane that has fake/missing/painted doors, you can STILL use the relevant GSX service, because GSX will not ask you to open that door and will start the service right away. This will of course result in side effects like the catering man going through the bulkheads, but that's of course nothing that GSX can fix, if the airplane you use doesn't have such door in the first place.

OR, you can tell GSX HOW a door is opened, if the airplane designer followed a different assignment than the default Shift+E for main door, Shit+E then 2 for Cargo doors and Shift+E then 3 for service doors.

BOTH of this issue are handled by creating a configuration file for your airplane using the Airplane configuration editor included in GSX, which is of course fully explained in the manual too.
