My GSX is not working.

  • Disable UAC.
  • Re-install in the turned off Anti-virus Software.
  • Disable All Add-on Scenery.
  • Rebuild Scenery Index.
But, not fix.

Please tell me the more another checking procedure.

I'm sorry, but it's very difficult to know what the problem might be. Maybe there's an issue with the FSX Japanese version but, unfortunately, we don't have any way to test it.

Does it always did like that, or it started after you installed some scenery ?

No. I'm last install Add-On is GSX only.
And since the first boot, does not work properly even once.

Because I'm not good at English, might be confusing content.

I have exactly the same trouble situation.

There is an anxious point one, because Mr. Umberto write "Maybe there's an issue with the FSX Japanese version",

In FSX Japanese version, there is a place that using 2-byte(multiple-byte) characters in the various configuration files.
(Ex.At 1-byte(single-byte) characters, "1. Voice of English man." At 2-byte(multiple-byte) characters, "1.英国人男性の声".
     Both characters is same mean.)

So, If couatl.exe read data from such as configulation file(configuration file include 2-byte characters ),
Can you verify couatl.exe will work?

We are of course aware of the possible issues with non-western alphabets. And, in fact, GSX/Couatl uses Unicode whenever possible, which means in *theory*, there shouldn't be any problems of encoding.

It might be useful if we know which configurations files have such options.

I'm bring to good news!

I'm recovery to Vanilla programfiles/FSX/Scenery folder, without vehicles_airport.bgl
GSX is working!!

I'm checking difference to Scenery folder.
Cause of a problem file is Scenery/1002/scenery/APX82190.bgl  and NVX10020.bgl
This 2 file has been changed from the default.
(Sorry, Did I forget why this file is updated.
maybe something free scenery.)

That would give you an idea what scenery has modified it.

Because I have installed too the same additional airport scenery,
I also place back to the original files that were backed up, it worked! Thank you.

Thank you reply for ineligible my post.
As being the contents which kurione_14 is posted, when change to the original file, GSX correctly worked.
GSX is really great software!
