Couatl keep crashing when choosing the service for ATR72

Hi everyone, I've noticed that after the latest update I can't use any of GSX services on the ATR72 (on other aircrafts it works without any problem), for example, when I choose boarding, the couatl immediately crashes, have anyone expirenced this kind of the problem and knows how to solve it?

I have the same problem with the DC3 asobo and the crj550/700 aerosoft.
Strangely enough with the dc3 (same parking each time) it works 1 time out of 10, never with the CRJ.

Hi,
I can confirm that.
FlyByWire Asobo A320 is fine, Asobo ATR 72-600 not.
No boarding, deboarding oder Airport pos. editing. Couatl always resets.
Had 10th of flights with the ATR in the last weeks. Alll was fine.
Now GSX Pro with no function!

Embedded stairs!
For the parking editor to work well on any type of parking (with or without jetway) you have to check "Disable staircases" and "embedded stairs" in the aircraft configuration.
That's all.
I didn't find this information in the manual but I'm not saying it's not there!
So if your plane has "embedded stairs" you know what to do.

After two days testing different things, deleting and reinstalling ATR-72 and GSX you saved my life! But I am a bit confused.

Do you mean I need to do this every time I use a different parking stand at the different airports I use?
From GSX:
1. Open "Customize Parking positions", select the ramp, and check "Disable staircases"
2. Open Customize Airplane" and check "Embedded stairs" for the Pax Door #1 (it's actually checked by default in ATR)

What if today I use ramp 1 but tomorrow I change to ramp 2? Do I need to edit ramp 2 in the same way? For big airports this can be annoying...

For point 2, we only do it once when configuring the plane.

For point 1, it all depends on how you use the parking editor.
Each flight, I only configure the 2 ramps that interest me for the departure and arrival of my flight and I have to select "Disable staircases" the first time.
And if I come back another time to these 2 ramps, it will already be done.

If you use the multiple selection of ramps or gates/... , once selected and without forgetting "apply", it is done for all ramps of this airport.

Nothing is solved!

The Asobo ATR was supported from GSX Pro like a charme before the last Updates.

As long as Umberto is no clarifying what has happened to sort out some aircraft from supporting I will not configure an aircraft with(!) embedded stairs as one who has none.

Hi,
after 3.1.7 Update the ATR is again supported as known before but the auto opening of the pax exit starting boarding/deboarding is yet not functional.
Testing with the ATR72-600 at pos. 9A on LFSB (FSDT payware). FBW A320 is working with stairs as well on this parking place. Boarding/Deboarding via WALK-IN.

After updating to version 3.1.8 the ATR (72-600) is fully supported on boarding/deboarding.
Tested on a flight from EDDN to EDLP.
Great!

Edit:
I need to correct my post in that way that on WALK-IN parking positions neither on boarding or deboarding the pax door is automatically opening.
