Walkboarding is not possible
« on: August 25, 2024, 11:53:14 am »
Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask whether it is known that walk boarding does not work. I only have problems with it.

A certain number of passengers board, but at some point they just stop and there are only 35 out of 134 passengers on board, for example.

Is this a known bug?

I have now tested this at different airports, at different positions and it doesn't work. Bus boarding or gate boarding work without any problems.

A mate of mine has the same problem and I've also seen it with others.

So I'm surprised that I can't find anything else about this problem.

It would be nice if you could tell me what I have to do to solve this problem?

Thank you very much

What is the number of passengers you see on the message while boarding? And witch aircraft you used? I have this kind of problem with the A320neo V2 (inibuild) and with the A330neo (headwind). In my case they boarding just one passenger of the 92 (a320) and 228 (a330). No matter if they boarding by jetway, bus or walking.

GSX Manual, Page 17, chapter named "Passengers Number", which explains how the passengers number is calculated,.
