Ver 3.1.1 No passenger greeting sounds

After I installed the new ver 3.1.1 I no longer have any passenger sounds. I have PMDG 737 800 Marketplace version. It used to work before this. I ran the update and still not working. CHecked Audio drivers and settings. Still Not working. I am using FS2crew FO animated. Maybe a conflict?

If with "passenger sounds", you REALLY mean "passengers sounds", they have been gone since 3.0.0, replaced only by Flight Attendants greetings.

If, instead, you meant "all voices I heard during boarding", which since 3.0.0 are only Flight Attendant voice, they are only heard as long the Cockpit door is OPEN, or in case of the PMDG 737 the No Smoking switch to OFF.

There was in fact a bug in 3.0.9, which has been FIXED in 3.1.0:

GSX Pro Fix: Boarding voices not being attenuated depending on the cockpit door status.

So, if you were used to always hear those voices regardless of the Cockpit door status (or, again, its 737 stand-in), it was a bug, which has been fixed now: they correctly mute when the Cockpit door is closed.
