GSX not working at all

I'm having problems trying to install the GSX in my PC. The installer always saya that the file world-of-jetways-v2.8.2-zip.004 is corrupted, it says that it can be caused by a corrupted file on download or may be being blocked by the antivirus. The problem is that my windows defender has already the FSDreamteam apps marked as exception and I deactivated everything. I tried to continue the installation but when opening the MSFS and request boarding, I can select the operator but then nothing happens, no vehicles, no stairs, nothing. And the GSX freezes, when I try to open the menu again it just stucks at the "Loading" page, even restarting couatl doesn't help.

Everything is running as administrator. I’ve already tried several complete reinstall procedures.

Can someone kindly help me with this matter?
