SAFEdock not wokring

Sigh, safedock doesn't show any information, even if I choose the specific gate I'm going to be parking at.

What am I doing wrong ?

Not possible to help you with such a sparse report. Since the VGDS works just fine, make a proper report, clearly indicating:

- the airport used

- the airplane used

- if you installed a GSX custom profile for the airport, clearly indicating which one

- the gate used and which kind of VGDS (if any) the profile has set up for that gate

That was the most important info. Before saying the VGDS doesn't work, we should first understand if it IS a GSX VGDS to begin with, and if it is, how's supposed to work, which changes depending on its type.
