I was unable to locate anything in the settings, was wondering if there was a workaround to this, like by creating an airport or aircraft profile. Will this potentially be introduced in a future update? Not all operators require a delayed engine startup during icing conditions. Appreciate it.

Hi,
unfortunately there is no such option
Only thing you can do is to go to  C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\couatl\GSX\sounds\pushback  and search for and rename all the "start_before_push_ice_warning" audio files, so you don't hear the ramp agent say it

Suggestion has been noted. I guess it should be something in the airplane configuration, since it's operator-dependent.
