Those jetways ( it's a similar issue at ENBR ) are non-standard Jetways that would require a special treatment to work, because the data we get from the sim assume the jetway is made like the standard type, where the last point of the Jetway Head always goes straight to the Jetway root.
This is not the case for these non-standard jetways, and we saw different developers ( for example, the free ENBR vs the commercial one ), using different methods to overcome this issue and make them work anyway, but we just don't get that data from the sim, which means we would have to add it manually, as a customized root position and/or extra custom waypoints in the middle, which would have to be specified in a GSX custom profile, just like the custom jetway floor height.
GSX already supports this internally, but it was a change added to the last minute, so we didn't had enough time to update the manual to explain it
