Customiza Aircraft CRJ 1000

Hello,

The utility to customize the plane only works once out of 10. The settings are not saved as shown in this photo before the catering request.
I also restarted the simulator to see and the same thing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

The Aerosoft CRJ-1000 is already internally supported by GSX, it shouldn't require any edits. Can you please verify if it works with the default config, by pressing the Reset button in the airplane configuration page ?

I also have this problem with the CRJ 1000, the doors are not aligned. I have tried to reset and also custom config but the custom config seems to be overrided with the default config which is not aligned with the doors

Please check and fix this, thanks!

Hi,
I have the same issue with AS CRJ 1000 .
1/ The GSX internally CRJ 1000 profile seems incorrect. The GSX internally CRJ 700 & 900 profiles are correct.
2/ If I customize the airplane to align the doors that's works until I restart Couatl or I reset position .
In this case, the file gsx.cfg in AppData\Roaming\virtuali\Airplanes\Aerosoft_CRJ_1000 is correctly created. The Couatl not use the created customization aiplane profile and reuse the internal CRJ 1000 profile after restarting or reseting position.

We confirmed multiple times we are aware of a bug when reloading a user airplane profile, we are still trying to understand why it happens. We'll surely check the default CRJ-1000 internal config in the meantime.
