Catering crash

Hi, GSX respective Couatl is shutting down while Boarding the Headwind A330. This started happening after SU 10.

I am experiencing this as well, so far repeatably at different airports.

Are you using an airplane with only one catering door ?

Does that airplane have only one service door ?

I am using the FBW A320neo. Since the model only has one opening door on the right side, I changed the airplane customization to have only one service door AFT at Door #2. GSX reacts correctly to this in the sense that only one catering truck is sent. Couatl crashes when the catering truck reaches the airplane and is about to get in position at the rear door.

I want to emphasize that this aircraft configuration worked fine before the last update - I haven't changed it at all.

Have you checked the latest release notes, the problem should be fixed in today's update, which has been released following your report.

I last checked for updates a few hours ago, and there was no new update yet. I am downloading it now and will test it in the coming days.

I merged the two threads about the same problem here, so you'll see the issue should be fixed in today's update.
