FSDT Installer not opening

Been working until today or whatnot when I open the FSDT Installer or use the FSDT Installer update it opens sees it loading then it disappearss and no more. I want to get into the settings to disable one of the airports. open and it goes away and never opens up.

Are you based in Turkey or another non-wester country ? If yes, this should be fixed by setting Windows regional options to English,

Nope based in the UK and the system is always been set to English
