GSX won't start with PDMG 737-200

Good afternoon,

I have the PDMG 737-200 on (f.e.) EHRD. State: Apron or Apron-Long or Cold and Dark.
It doesn't matter witch airport and witch state.

When I try to start GSX by the Main Menu or the Hot Key, there is a message:
"You must stop the engines before request Ground Services"
But the engines doesn't run.
This is not once but all the time.

I reinstall the program but nothing helps.

What can I do to fix the problem.

Nobody has ever reported this problem before, and most users have the PMDG 737. Could you please confirm the model ? 737-200 surely is not right.

Good morning,

I found the cause of my problem. I have also the Thrustmaster TCS Quadrant.  He has two knobs to start the engines. These buttons (switches) were in the "On" position.
That was the reason for the message "You must stop the engines before request Ground Services". Now, everything goes fine.
