Baggage is not loading at 2nd flight of the day

Hello,
I have a problem with the baggage loading at the 2nd flight. After landing and deboarding, when i request services to prepare the flight back everything works fine until i choose to boarding. Passengers boarding normally but when its time to start loading the cargo ( i use q400, baggage loading after passengers boarding is complete.) nothing happens. The baggage belt truck doesnt move (like its stucked) and boarding procedure never ends( cant ask for pushback unless i reset position).
Any ideas how to fix it?
I run p3d v4.5, my GSX is updated (checked it today) and my pc specs : i5 8600k @4.5, 1070ti, 32gb ram.

Check if the problem is fixed if you use the "Restart Couatl" option after landing, before calling GSX.
