We haven't been able to reproduce this problem, and it's not easy with a description so sparse. When you say "deboarding", you mean it happens only when deboarding after landing, after a flight ? Does it happen if you choose deboarding on startup ?

If it happens only after landing, check if it goes away if you select "Restart Couatl" as soon as you land, before calling GSX.
