so the gsx logo issue for p3d v5 is still firm?

We are not planning to support DX12, it's just too risky considering how fragile the whole graphic card/VRAM situation is in the sim. And, we need font/text support too ( for jetway numbers and other text), which in DirectX 11 was possible, but DirectX 12 has removed support for DirectWrite ( the Windows API to use text in DirectX ), and using it would require to use the slow and VRAM-eating Dx11on12 layer, and the last thing we need, is to lead users to believe increased VRAM consumption in the sim is caused by GSX...

We are waiting for some additional features in the SDK, which should allow doing the same using HTML5, which is a new feature in 5.1, but still not fully usable in the way we would need to programmatically create images and text on vehicles without using DirectX.
