Why the fuel bill on the fuel truck is limit at 998.67 Dollards? 
And the fuel continue to be flow in the aircraft

Surely there's no limit on the fuel bill.

But it would be helpful if you could explain better what you did (the precise, exact sequence of operations in GSX ) and, especially, which airplane you use.

When I use PMDG or FSlabs, the fuel meter hangs at 968, Dollards
As the fuel truck continues to refuel the plane.
The bill should be higher? More than 1000 Dollars?

It's a detail, gsx works well ...

As the fuel truck continues to refuel the plane.

With these airplane, GSX is NOT refueling the airplane. The airplane is refueling itself. GSX only reacts to the airplane own fuel increase so, if the counter stopped, the only possible explanation is the airplane stopped refueling itself.

Maybe they are using non-standard variables for the fuel tanks, maybe not ALL of them, but some. But GSX will only monitor the standard variables for fuel tanks.
