error activating GSX Level 2

Hello

I keep getting this message when after register the serial number and restart P2D V4 for GSX level 2. I had brought the base model years ago and just purchase the level 2 3 days ago. On the start pf P3D I get this message saying, FSdreamTeam GSX Level 2 Expansion is installed but not yet active on this Pc. When I click yes I get this error message 0xe00500004. Also all my anti virus are off. Please help

Did you enter both serial numbers? Also the one for GSX you bought long ago? Because it will only work propperly, if both GSX and the Addon are installed and activated.
And you could try running the installation as Administrator and do a restart afterwards.

The base GSX was already active. Only the level 2 required serial registration. I run both on administrator. I'll try to reenter both again and do a restart. Thank you for the reply. I'll post back.
