Problem to customization ATR 72

Hello.
I try customization Carenado ATR 72. I can se passenger,pilots, and crew boarding and deboarding  this aircraft. It is ok. But it not work for me to se baggage loaded in cargodoor in left site on aircraft. There is no loader. When I call on  catering two small car  stop  besides servicedoor but no person that loads. Can any help me?

GSX doesn't support baggage loaders if the door is lower than 1 meter from ground. Catering vehicles with a platform, require a door at least 1.6 meters from ground.
