Need serial number for GSX (not L2)?

I just got P3DV4 after having used FSX with GSX and GSXL2.  I was told I could use my serial numbers from my FSX installation to register the product on this new sim.  I found the serial from my L2 and properly registered it, but it is also asking for my regular GSX serial (if needed, would you be able to find that for me?).  My GSX is still in trial mode as a result.

Ok that's working now, but I got the Couatl error.  Log:

What do you mean ? If you registered GSX L2, that won't automatically register GSX, they must be both registered, each with its own Serial. If you lost it, read the FAQ page of our site, which explains how to retrieve it.

The only serial numbers coming to me are for GSXL2 and KLAX.  Through the eSellerate, there is also the QW757.  I can't find my original GSX.

Which means one of these:

1) You might have used a different email. Insert that one.

OR

2) You might have used a different email that doesn't work anymore. Contact support by email, saying which was the old email that doesn't work anymore, and which new email you want the order to be changed to.

OR

3) You might have purchased from a different retailer. Use whatever order retrieval system they have to retrieve your GSX key

OR

4) You never bought the base GSX in the first place
