GSX NEW UPDATE!!

The new update is out but from yesterday the download stopped at 5% any idea to fix it

Doesn't happen here and nobody else reported it. In which country you are located ? Is it possible your internet connection is censored ? In that case, you'll have to use some kind of VPN service to download.
