A few days ago I purchased this aircraft but when I try to use GSX I only get follow options :
Request debording
Request catering service
Request refueling
This has been discussed so many times on the forum and, of course, it's not a GSX problem, it's a problem of the simulator default Simconnect menu (so it's not happening just with GSX, but with every other app that has a menu) which resizes itself automatically after loading some 3rd party airplanes.
We don't have any control over this, and we cannot set its size or position, it's something the simulator does entirely on its own.
Of course, the menu can be resized with the mouse, so you will be able to see the missing elements.
