Boarding Passengers

I advised GSX via the message bar that I had 177 passengers to board. They duly started after Pilots and Crew as expected. Gradually the numbers boarded increased until 176 were on board and then GSX stopped. I  had to restart the process to move the boarding gate away and start pushback.

Which airplane you used ? Is the "Multiple Trips" option enabled or disabled in the GSX Settings ?

Aerosoft A320 IAE Professional.

Boarding was through Jetway.

Multiple trips is disabled but don't understand how this may be an issue when a bus is not involved.

Estimate Passengers numbers is unchecked.

Visually what I expected to be the last passenger walked onto the plane (after 176 had shown in the incremental count shown on screen) but that was where it ceased to work.

I'll fly the route again tomorrow with the same configuration and see what happens.
