no passengers

Hi I have had to install level 2 in my new computer, everything appears to have installed okay. Problem is no passengers are seen to be boarding or deboarding from my QW Boeing 787, also the ground crew only bring one set of stairs to door 4. No the a/c is not at a jetway. Help please.

If you haven't done so already, reconfigure the aircraft and reconfigure the parking position at the airport. Make sure you  delete any prior configurations prior to doing the new ones to avoid duplications. See how taht works .Good luck.
