Hi Cesar,
You're free to make your own purchase decisions but I’ll give you my opinions anyway. I don't recommend the Wilco a330 -- the exterior model is a random, unrealistic piece of crap and the virtual cabin hurts fps. The CLS a330/a340 and the Overland package (which are not the same models) are fs9 ports (don't know which sim you use btw, but you said pss, so fs9?...) but good models. One plus is there are tons of liveries for both of them. I don't know much about pss a330 but it's quite dated and the model doesn't look that accurate IMO. Don't forget Project Opensky's Airbusses as well.
Also, besides the a330/a340s you mentioned, there are a couple of fsx-only options (only applies if you do or will use fsx). There's the great freeware A332/A333/A342/A343 by Thomas Ruth, which you can find on flightsim (avsim when its library is back) and other major sites. It’s a beautiful model that is fully fsx-native with default aircraft/Overland level functionality. There's a handful of liveries for it already, maybe more to follow. He said the A345/A346 would be released at a later date as well. And I thought Aerosoft is developing the a330 along with their a320 but not 100% sure, don’t quote me on that.
But again, the ones that advertise accurate systems – wilco and pss – have crap models, while the lite simulations are beautifully done model-wise, so it comes down to your own preferences.
