Couatl error
« on: November 25, 2017, 04:29:46 am »

I get a repeatable crash of GSX after it says "all engines clear, start at will" with GSX crashing due to an unknown add-on. Heres the error log I get:

couatl v3.2 (build 3876)
panic log started on Fri Nov 24 16:14:32 2017

problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File ".\common\fsm.py", line 73, in executeDoFuncToCompletion
File ".\GSX\assistanceServices\pushBack.py", line 417, in do
File ".\common\walker.py", line 189, in walkTo

It only happens during pushback for some reason, on different gates as well. Any suggestions?

KSFOv2 is the FlightBeam Manager SFO, and I'm using PMDG 747.

I tried it now, and I cannot reproduce this.

Have you made some customization ? In the default AFCAD that comes with the airport, the Pushback preference is set to "None", which should have given only a straight pushback, which surely cannot result in that error, so I guess you must have customized it.

However, I tried it now, same A3 gate with the PMDG 747, and there's no errors, even after setting the Pushback preference to "Both", and after trying both Left and Right directions, it works perfectly with both.

Maybe you customized the pushback node coordinates too ? From the error, it looks as if GSX was ordered to pushback to a non-existing node or something like that.

Try to RESET the airport customization to default, undoing all your changes, so you'll be back to the default configuration. Just change the Pushback preference to Both, if required.
