KJFK V2 is updated to the date it was released, in 2013. As explained so many times on the forum, when you buy an airport, you buy its representation at the time the scenery was released, and of course it comes with a set of charts that matches its state.
You are probably aware you can buy services that allows you to get navigation charts constantly updated with the real world. They are sold as SUBSCRIPTION service with recurring fees. I don't think anybody sells a product for a fixed price, with the included update service to always keep the product updated to real world.
We don't sell our sceneries as a subscription service. We *might* do something like this in the future, and be sure that, in case we'll ever decide to switch to this business model, it will be fully advertised everywhere on the site. But until then, you cannot just demand that a product sold as a fixed purchase, would always stay current, 4 years after its release.
