I assume the subject title was a question so, the reply is of course not, this is not normal and nobody ever reported it before.
What other addons are you using ? The man and the truck are supposed to stay together, and this is achieved by sending commands to the sim using Simconnect so, we have seen a few cases where using certain addons products that sends too many commands all at the same time, result in Simconnect not listening to all commands, because of too much traffic over the communication pipe. Weather engines seems to cause this more frequently.
