I purchased my first airports yesterday and have the common problem of "KORD activated but not installed".
I looked at all my registry entries and they are correct.
No, they aren't. If you have installed the scenery, and you are on FSX:SE, and you see that message, it's SURELY a problem of your registry keys wrong.
If I had this document, maybe my problems would be over.
That document only explains how to purchase, activate and reactivate. Since you said the scenery is listed as "Active", you already did everything needed.
Your only problem are the registry keys, and the document won't help you fixing them. Do you use FSX:SE ? If yes, There are many threads explaining how to fix them, for example this one:
