No Ground Service

Hello together

I have a problem with GSX.
If i spawn in FlyTampa St.Maarten or Miami i can not open the GSX Menu and in the Taskbar by Addons shows the Addon Manager and the other things but i cant open the Addon manager.
By other Airports for Example Vancouver,Hong kong, San Diego.... I can open the menu normaly and the AI traffic spawns.
This is only the complete east coast from the USA.
That problem exists since 3 Days.
I have no more ideas what the problem is :-\

Could you please clarify this ? Your are saying that cannot open the GSX menu, and the even the Addon Manager too ? ONLY at that airport ? Are you sure you cannot open the Addon Manager menu too ?
