If a product doesn't appear on Esellerate history, there are only two possibilities:
- You have used another email to purchase it on Esellerate, so you simply have to use this one to retrieve it, and check THAT one if the Order History arrives. If that email is no longer accessible, you must contact us to update your order.
OR
- You might have purchased it from another retailer, like Simmarket, PC Aviator, FSPS, etc. In this case, you cannot obviously use Esellerate to retrieve it, but must use whatever order retrieval procedure the other reseller has in place.
