I have no idea what would have caused this to happen. That is why I asked, I know that there were some magnetic variance changes to CYVR in real world so I thought that would be the problem. Sorry you took such offense to a customers question.
I have no idea why you would think I was in any way offended by your question, can't see any traces of it in my reply. I've just pointed you to the solution, which I found by googling for "Cyvr rwy 13 error", the two links I've posted were the first 2 hits returned.
As a general rule, anything that happens inside a CDU of an airplane using the Navigraph database, it's not the result of any interaction with the scenery.
Which is why, I find the whole idea of getting constant navdata updates a bit problematic, because if the sceneries are not updated as well, it might be confusing to see, for example, different runways in the scenery and the CDU, or being cleared by the default ATC (the default ATC DOES use the scenery) to a runway or an approach you don't have in the CDU anymore.
