Title: Assistance Services Stopped Working

I don't know if it's connected, but since loading JFK, I have lost the ground assistance services at all my FSDT airports (KLAS,KLAX, KJFK).  When I select Ctrl-F12, I get the option to open hangar doors only.  I tried Shift-Ctrl-F12 and get nothing at all.  I do not have the GSX full version, just relying on the option in the purchased airports.  Any clues?

Try to reinstall GSX, and use the current full installer.
