Title: Flashing clouds?

Sorry to come back with the same question! Installed the new P3D version 2.1 and I still have the flashing clouds over Geneva airport, of course with the menu bar problem and the FPS drop.
Are the flashing clouds a related problem to the menu bar and FPS drop?
