It's not 4NM, it's 7NM from the center of the airport, it's not a bug, the reason why it loads like this has been explained in this same section a couple of posts ago:

If with "very weak" you mean your bad texture quality, that's not a problem of the airport, but it shows you haven't enabled Anisotropic filter on your video card control panel. Use 8x or 16x and select the option to "enhance" the application settings.
Also, be sure you have HD Textures enabled in the Addon Manager settings.

Hello, no as the picture shows i am right above the airport having this issue
Now do you mean by the Anisotropic, is it the option in fsx scenery settings? i set that it made it look 10% better, but if there is any option in my nvidia video card, can you help me where to find it?
thanks

I can only repeat and confirm the loading range IS EXACTLY 7 NM from the airport CENTER. And no, the picture you posted shows you are some NM away from the airport outside perimeter. Since the airport center is about 2 miles from the outside limit, and you wrote that it appears "4NM out", that makes it 6NM, but I assure you it's *exactly* 7NM.
Now do you mean by the Anisotropic, is it the option in fsx scenery settings?
