Hello. I am new to this post so hope someone can help me!
A few days ago, I received a message when on FSX saying there was a new update available and to exit FSX and go to the fsdreamteam website to download the S.A Add-on manager which I did and installed. Since then when I try to load up FSX I open it up, wait for it to load and as soon as it loads it crashes and exits without any messages or warnings...does anyone have any ideas as I really would like to get it back running again! Many Thanks

It's likely a problem caused by the antivirus, that has blocked some downloaded files, but let pass others, causing a version mismatch, which will cause a quit to desktop.
Try to reinstall the Stand-Alone Addon Manager again, but keep the antivirus off when installing.
After the installation, but before starting FSX, configure the antivirus to exclude the following files from scanning:
YourFSXFolder\bglmanx.dll
YourFSXFolder\Fsdreamteam\Couatl\Couatl.exe
Then you can start FSX.
