Title: Help with re-Install

Hi to the support team!

I was having trouble reinstalling my Dream team stuff after a complete FSX rebuild--so after reading a lot on this forum I trashed all the installation files for my dream team products and started all over with a plan to use new downloads---so I started with JFK V2 and had no problem with a nice working version showing up in FSX---BUT!!!--when I go through the install my serial number to remove the "Trial" version the program will not accept my serial number which I retrieved from the website through the instructed process---my purchases for these products are from 2011 and even further back--the credit cards used at the time are no longer valid and have been replaced with newer versions--does this matter?---Please help me here---I want to put all this fine scenery back into my now well running copy of FSX

I believe JFKv2 requires a whole new purchase or discounted upgrade

That's correct, an old JFK V1 Serial Number can't be used to activate JFK V2. As a previous JFK V1 user, you are entitled to a significant discount to purchase V2, see here:
