Title: VOR not working PHKO Kona

The KONA VOR (KOA) at 112.10 will not tune in.  I just purchased today so I think I have the most up to date version.

Just noticed that the old chart has this VOR IJI at 115.70.  I have not tested but wonder if this is what is programmed into FSDT Kona.

 The scenery is showing as KOA 112.1, I haven't checked in game.
