Title: two jetways JFK V2

i just bought jfk v2 and i activated it in AES and when i activated i had two jetways :( what happens? http://williamcst.tumblr.com/image/53243703149

You can't use AES with with JFK V2, you must wait when and if it will be updated to support JFK V2.

Note that, GSX is free to use at JFK, the airport comes with animated jetways already, it has its own docking systems (which you will not see if you don't install GSX) and it's fully customized for GSX so, it's not that you are missing much not using AES there.
