Title: JFK Version 1 controls in Version 2

Hello,

I've upgraded to JFK V2 and I did un-install the V1 per the instructions. I'm seeing both versions listed in the controls (control-F12). Is there a file somewhere that didn't get removed?

You must have another copy of the JFK V1 AFCAD, maybe one you edited yourself, so the uninstaller hasn't removed it (uninstallers always remove files *they* installed)

I don't remember ever making changes to the afcad, I did find that the fsdreamteam/JFK/scenery folder was still there with the AES file in it. After deleting that and still having the issue, I un-installed and re-installed the scenery and it's now fixed.
