Title: CYVR dosen't change to Opus's weather conditions

I just noticed, today, when I am using Opus, and Opus decides that "it's raining", the system dosen't change CYVR to the "wet" version, except if the airport is loaded *after* it is already raining.

Same with snow, etc..

With REX, it does.

Should I contact Opus about this?

Since it does it with REX, and I'm sure it does it by using the FSX weather menu, it's surely a problem with Opus.
