Hi All,
I have just reinstalled LSGG (FSX) after a fresh install of Flightsim and there appears
to be a couple of issues I have now that I can't recall having before the reinstall.
(Although it has been few months). :)
1) The Airport Itself is not very defined / Clear when on approach
2) Approach lights don't appear to Glow during daylight hours
3) Runway ground textures very Blurry from about 30/40metres in front of the aircraft
although immediatly in front and to the side, textures are sharp and clear.
I have all the hotfixes that I am aware of installed, including the approach light fix.
Is there some settings that require tweaking or is this as good as it gets.
Any help apprciated,
Cheers,
Paul.

None of your problems have anything to do with the scenery or the installation, but are all caused by wrong settings in your videocard. Try to force Anisotropic filtering on the video card control panel, to 8x or 16x.

Thanks for yor quick reply Umberto,I will try that.
Cheers,
Paul.

Hi Umberto,
That sorted out the blurry textures thank you very much,
but I still am not getting the lead in lights to the runway at either end.
The lights and poles can be seen ok but the lights don't appear to be illuminating during
daylight hours.
Cheers,
Paul

They only light up when visibility is low.

Ok, understood.
Once again Umberto thank you,
I appreciate your help
