Title: Can you let the lights more bright as in DX10?

Hi Virtuali
Many thanks for your great work, this is the best one addon airport.

But can you make the RWY lights and  PAPI more bright at night?

Here is a DX10 mode screen shot.


and in DX9 mode. I also note the light will change when landing.

The brightness can't be simply set as a color (they are already close to the maximum), the final perceived brightness depends on the shaders programming, and there's a difference how night lights behave in DX9 and DX10, which we don't have much control on.

It is more bright now after adjust monitor's bright and contrast.
