That message has been discussed many times on the forum, it's a bogus message that FSX sometimes gives at random, especially when a new module has just being installed.
Try to ignore it, always allow the module to run, even if FSX crashes. Try a couple of times and if doesn't work, reboot Windows and try again, it usually goes away.

If this is a bogus message , then where are these problems are coming from. I am having many crashes lately after GTX installation. Some of Fault Module Names:
1-main.dll
2-Covati Scripting Engine stop for FSX/ESP
3-DSOUND,dll
4-Terrain.dll

FYI
I just tried five times to start FSX and received same warning ,I ignored , clicked "YES" to continue, FSX immediately crashed .

Try to turn off DEP, as explained here (it's for Vista but it should be the same in Windows 7 too )

Be sure you reboot Windows to apply the change.
