Title: Graphics Problem

For some reason, this happens (see attached screen) when ever I go to any menu in the game, and then go back to flying. Any ideas why?

Video driver problem, most likely. FSX menu corruption due to video driver issue is a fairly known problem:

Try to play with your settings, as the thread suggest.

I was able to fix the graphics corruption problem. Now the only problem that I have is that for the first couple of minutes of a flight, the game lags quite a bit. After about 2 or 3 minutes, it goes back to normal FPS, about 30 fps. Any idea what this could be? I feel like it might be a hidden process at the beginning of a flight.

Couple of minutes is a bit slow but, if you have *lots* of addons installed, it might well be.
