Title: JFK for FS9

I just built a new computer and installed the first of my FSDreamTeam products.
In the add-on manager, I clicked to reinstall JFK, entered my order number/serial number
and nothing happened.

I keep getting the trial version message.

Just sent an e-mail to support.

What do I need to do.

You shouldn't post the same question on both on the forum and by email. However, reading your email, your mistake is that you have inserted your Order Number, but the Reinstall dialog box asks for your SERIAL NUMBER, which is not the same.

Your Serial Number is listed as "Serial Number" on your purchase receipt and it's a longer code that looks like FSDTxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. If you have lost your purchase receipt, there's a way to retrieve it, which is of course explained both on the manual, on the forum (in the sticky thread named "Reinstallation after system upgrade or crash, please READ!" and on the FAQ page:
