Title: Couatl crash - PacSim RKSI Seoul Incheon MSFS2020

Couatl crash every time I try to use GSX.  Multiple aircraft, multiple gates.

It turned out to be happening at all airports.  Uninstalled and reinstalled GSX totally and now it's working again.

According to your error log, it was just because your GSX was outdated, clicking the Update or the Check button would have resulted in the problem fixed just like as reinstalling, but in a quicker way.
