I;ve updated GSX to the latest version that came out 1/2days ago
It keeps saying "Failed to load GSX menu. Please wait, it might appear later..."
MSFS 2024. SU1
I've manually ended the coualt task and restarted but it just keeps doing the same thing

I found something that fixed it. Uninstall GSX, and after fully installing make sure there are no GSX files in your community folder. If there are delete them. then open the FSDT installer as a an administrator, and re-install. That is what worked for me.

Yes, this happens if you manually copied the GSX packages to the Community folder, perhaps trying to "fix" something. The real location of the files MUST the in the Addon Manager folder, the Community folder should ONLY contain Symbolic links to the two GSX packages. This is what the FSDT Installer installs them automatically.
You can verify if the are Symbolic links if they have a very small arrow icon on their folder icon in Explorer. If they are missing the icon, it means they are real folders, which is a mistake so, the solution in that case is:
- Remove the real folders in the Community folder that shouldn't have been copied there.
- Open the FSDT Installer and click RELINK, this will recreate the links as we normally install them.
Note that, you might not have *personally* copied the folders yourself but, it might be a result of using backup software not properly configured to deal with Symbolic links, because many of them will "follow links" on Restore, meaning they will transform a Symbolic link into a real folder on Restore, so it can happen accidentally, if you use a backup software that either is not capable to be configured to handle links, or you simply didn't pay attention to the issue.

After the last update 3.4.* (including the most recent 3.4.3), my GSX PRO doesn't work. Coautl starts normally, but the GSX menu is not opening in MSFS2020. I've tried reinstalling and it didn't work either. The GSX folders in the community folder usually have a small arrow icon indicating that the "links" are correct. I don't know what to do anymore and I need support.

same here ... just updated... nothing works anymore.

Same here too! GSX menu does not appear anymore. Couatl is on sys tray, GSX menu icon exists, but nothing brings the menu back again!

I am unable to simulate because since yesterday I no longer have the GSX for ground procedures. The menu simply does not open anymore after the last update. Please fix this urgently.

That's right, on Friday. I'm still unable to simulate and there's no update or explanation from FSDT.

When someone claims GSX is doing something "wrong", he answers in "minutes" and refers to other reasons why its not working, its never been GSX... now its doing "nothing" (which is the same to me ) .. silence.....

You should really STOP HERE with your nonsensical hypothesis. I cannot obviously spent all time here replying over and over to the same question on a thread for which I already provided a solution. Sometimes I need to WORK on actual stuff so, please, just drop your absurd insinuations, because they are wrong and very annoying.
Of course GSX works perfectly fine and there's no problem whatsoever in loading, and nobody who posted in this thread did what I asked to do on my FIRST reply, which is provide a diagnostic log, so I had to provide a possible thing to check because without a log, I have to ways to know what is happening and right now, still no logs from anybody so, let's try ANOTHER solution "in the blind".
There might be a problem with a local cloudflare nodes, so the user might not have all files from the latest version so, another thing to try is to use the OFFLINE INSTALLER, linked in the Sticky post of this forum.

Nothing is missing from the normal update, it was just your local cloudflare not updated. And if you could update normally to 3.4.4, it means it now finally has, otherwise you wouldn't be able to update to 3.4.4 either.

GSX has never ceased to be working so no, it might have been "a week" for you, but that's not that happens here. Of course, if you did what I asked to do multiple times, which is PROVIDING A DIAGNOSTIC LOG, I could understand why is not working for YOU.

Nothing is missing from the normal update, it was just your local cloudflare not updated. And if you could update normally to 3.4.4, it means it now finally has, otherwise you wouldn't be able to update to 3.4.4 either.

I don't usually have problems with GSX, so I don't think I've ever used this forum... when I had a problem (this time), I came here to ask for help without really knowing what I needed to solve, so I waited for a message from someone "shedding some light" and asking for whatever was necessary. Sorry again! Now I know what I need to have as soon as I need new support.
Finally, I managed to solve my problem of GSX not opening at all in MSFS2020 after using the offline installer (Addon Manager.exe); still in version 3.4.3... but I saw that version 3.4.4 came out yesterday... I didn't even know this file existed, I had to go around asking for help on every external channel, for someone to tell me this. There are so many topics on the forum, I have no way of knowing where the solution to "my problem" is. There are so many topics. I just waited for an "admin" to respond and tell me the basics to solve the situation. I was unable to simulate for about 4 days due to this problem (yes, I only fly with the GSX, which is essential for me). But now everything is resolved.

Just to add to my comment above, I have always updated GSX through the FSDT Installer and never had any problems, but this time I did. I don't know what caused the problem mentioned, it was only resolved after using the offline installer Addon Manager.exe. So it would be good to understand what caused the problem, whether it was the FSDT Installer or something else.
I am available to share the log with you, so that you can perhaps study it and understand the problem. Just tell me where I can find it?!

I didn't even know this file existed, I had to go around asking for help on every external channel, for someone to tell me this.
There wasn't any need to ask anybody to know that version 3.4.4 came out. You can know about it in the following two ways:
- Ih the GSX Menu, an "GSX outdated" message will come out.
- Since you couldn't open the menu, the other TWO places where you could have known an update came out were:
1) the FSDT Installer would show an "Update" button highlighted in Orange, and the version number available would change
2) the RELEASE NOTES button in the FSDT Installer would open the page with all the update history.
If the update didn't work online, but only with the Offline installer, it might be caused by a network replication delay, as explained here:

My problem started on Sunday 03/30/2025, when you released version 3.4.3... I was unable to use GSX for days because of this, so I sought support... and I didn't have to wait for you to release version 3.4.4, which only came out yesterday, 04/03/2025 (and yes, I saw when it was released), but even before this version I had already solved the problem (still in version 3.4.3... it wasn't version 3.4.4 that solved it), using the offline installation format. That's all. If someone had just suggested that I use this format (since I didn't know it existed), I would have (most certainly) solved it by Sunday. That was my only question, but now everything is fine.

Your log clearly show that GSX started correctly, then your sim crashed, and GSX correctly detected the event, and closed itself because of that.
